Perfect Hamburgers

I stopped in at my parent's house the other afternoon and my Step dad was preparing burgers to cook and freeze. With just the two of them, they don't need a ton of food for each meal so they freeze some up for another day.

I was thrilled to see how its all done!

Once you make your burger mixture pat it into a canning jar lid like this:
 
Once packed, remove the ring and pop the lid off. Using a knife to separate the beef from the lid is handy.

Now you have perfect sized burgers! 
Freeze in the amounts you need for your family. I wish I had done this years ago!
Makes grilling a breeze, with all the same size, none of them are over or under cooked!

Maybe this is something you've done all along, but it was new to me and I thought worthy of sharing.
